Grilled Chicken with Red Pepper Chutney with Ginger

Ingredients

-  1 Chicken Breast

-  1 Lemon

-  Black Pepper

-  Salt

-  Red Pepper Chutney with Ginger 

 

Grilled Chicken with Red Pepper Chutney with Ginger  - Method

• Cut the breast into two and flatten with a mallet.
• Season with salt and black pepper, then squeeze the lemon juice over it.
• Rub with oil and grill.
• Serve it with the red pepper chutney and the salad of your choice. 

 Service Suggestion : Accompany your meal with a glass of greek wine
