Pasta Flora with Superfoods Marmalade

220g of marmalade Blend of Berries

1 cup of butter

1/3 cup of sugar

2 eggs

zest of one lemon

3 cups of flour

1 sachet baking powder


Work the butter with sugar until the mixture is creamy.

Add the eggs one by one and work it for 2-3 minutes.

Add the flour and work it with a wooden spoon till the mixture gets soft.

Cover a tart pan with 2/3rds of the dough, spread the marmalade and with the rest of the dough make thin strips and lay them across the filling in a lattice pattern .

Bake the tart in a 350cc (175°C) oven for 30min.

*Tip: You can add any other marmalade of your choice, it will still be delicious
