7) How do I know that my order was successfully submitted?
An Order Placement Confirmation Email will be sent to you.
8) How long will it take for my order to arrive?

- 3 to 5 business days in the rest of the world
9) What days of the week do you deliver?
DHL delivers, Working Days from 9.00 a.m. to 17.00p.m. local time.
10) How can i track my order?
- You can track your order at “My Account”, after receiving the Order Placement Confirmation Email. Emails will inform you about your order’s changing status
- Use the tracking number, that you can find on the Order's Shipment Confirmation Email, through the DHL’s official web site: dhl.com/en/express/tracking.html
11) Can I change or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel your order ONLY before receiving our Email Confirmation that your order has been dispatched. In such case, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
12) Can I change my delivery address?
The delivery address cannot be changed, for security reasons, after the Order Placement Confirmation Email.
13) I want to return my order due to wrong or defected product. What is the procedure?
