We keep the tradition by following the old and successful recipe. Since 1951, we fill your cup with pure and freshly grounded coffee selected from world's finest varieties.

Both rose and mastiha, which are produced in exclusively in the Greek Chios island, used to be a classic accompaniment to the traditional Greek coffee. Today, we added the natural flavors of rose and mastic to the Greek coffee, to offer the same traditional aftertaste, in a more modern version…

Preparing Tips

  • For each cup desired, measure one demitasse cup of cold water into a briki.
  • Pour one teaspoonful of Greek coffee and sugar to taste. Stir well.
  • Slowly bring it all to a boil over medium heat.
  • The coffee is ready when the froth has risen right up to the brim.
  • Pour the coffee slowly into the cups, dividing the foam equally between each cup.

Ingredients: Ground Roasted Organic Coffee, flavour,  natural mastic oil & powder of Chios mastic.
